Restrictions
For a change of ownership a fax form is required. Please follow this procedure:

1. Create a new contact handle and assign it to the respective domain with the ModifyDomain command.

2. Send us a fax where the data of the old owner matches the WHOIS and the data of the new owner matches the data in our system. As soon as we receive the fax the new data will be submitted to the registry.

Transfers
CO.AT Transfers are possible. Please note that when a .AT Domain is transferred successfully, the remaining registration period is kept. The domains will not be extended by one year.
Transfer procedure
a.) You can initiate a .AT domain transfer either through the us WebInterface or through the Socket-Access. Please remember that you must have a signed request from the owner of the domain.

b.) After you have entered the domain, simply press submit.
